Tom, owner and co-founder, is well diversified in the Energy Industry. He has over 15 years as a Operating Engineer. Tom has over 7 years in the construction management field, including managing the construction of oil pads and reclamations in the Bakken oil fields for companies like: PETRO-HUNT, KODIAK and Q.E.P. , among others. He is very familiar with the hiring process in the energy industry and what it takes to find the right qualified candidate for the job. He also has several years as an Operations Manager, helping new companies continue to grow. When not working, Tom enjoys working out, hunting, fishing and camping with his family.
